Hi I had my tribunal 19th was awarded enhanced mobility I rang today and my next payment is due 28th nov and its for the new rate but when I rang today the lady said a letter was on its way and my rate is the same as when I 1st claimed but surely if that was the case my monthly figure wouldn't have changed so just wondered if im getting the new amount when would I be getting mu bk paymemt

It can take anything up to 8 weeks to receive any money that’s owed after a Tribunal win.
