Will transitional protection be reduced if LCWRA awarded?

I was wondering if anyone knows if the transitional protection will be reduced if lcwra is awarded to uc ...thank u kindly for any help regarding this issue

Yes because the Transitional Protection erodes over time. So if you become entitled to other elements or elements increase the TO decreases until such a time it erodes completely.
