Pip quantifying struggles

I am filling in my pip review form and wanted to ask whether it is better to write the number of days I struggle with a particular activity or whether it would suffice to just write the majority of days where this applies. I went with the latter when filling in my original claim but wanted to just verify on what is actually better to do or if there is no difference between either approach.

I’m not an expert, but on my review, I believe I wrote number of days on some activities, and then majority of days on others. I wouldn’t really have thought it makes much difference, but I could be wrong.
Good luck🙂2 -
Hi @Curiouscat - I think either way would work to indicate when you have difficulty most days with an applicable descriptor. You can also describe all of your days when there's a fluctuation as to how you are, but avoid saying either 'good' or 'bad' days. The main thing is to try & give a couple of detailed responses for each applicable descriptor, i.e. when did it happen, what exactly happened, why did you have difficulty, did anyone else see this, & were there any consequences to attempting/doing an activity? This shows exactly how you as an individual are affected.Even if there hasn't been a change, describe what hasn't changed in the same way too.1
