Random call from pip after assessment

Hi everyone, I had my pip assessment at the end of October and now in the past few days I had received a random call from them (didn’t answer as I didn’t know it was PIP until I searched the number). I’ve read different websites and forums but they all say different things, they only called once after the assessment (so far) but have not left a message or tried to call me back.
is it possible that they will just make a decision regardless of whether I answer? as they only tried once so it doesn’t seem major. Either way I’m anxious because I feel like I can’t do anything now in case they call back, and my support person isn’t currently with me. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
edit: forgot to mention that I received a letter on the 5th November saying that they had all the information they needed

The reason they rang you could have been many things but only PIP can tell you what they are. Sometimes before making a decision they may ring to ask you some further questions. What ever the reason was we can only guess what it is.To answer your question, yes they can go ahead and make a decision without ringing you back.1
