Can my park owner refuse to show me the Electricity, Gas and Water bill agreements?
If they do what can I do about it?

    Hello @shazzabazza

    Welcome to the community!

I have moved your post into our Housing and Independent Living section of the forum. In the hopes someone will be able to advise :) I was wondering if you had thought about reaching out to Citizen's Advice for support?

We have a couple of members that live in park homes, so i'll tag one of them who will hopefully be able to advise you. @chiarieds can you help here please? Sorry for the tag!
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

@shazzabazza hi I live in a park home buy our own gas and electricity and pay the park £2.50 a week for water (which has been the same for 12 years now) what kind of park do you live on ? is it fully residential/holiday park/ or 12 month occupancy ?
The answer will depend on which.

    It’s a 12 month residential holiday park

if its a "holiday park" it cant be residential and you legally need another address where you pay council tax and have your mail delivered.
You said "can they refuse to show me", so the question is have you asked?

There are quite a number of Park Home groups etc on facebook where you will get more help than you might here.
