Hi I am Sue0851, thanks for letting me join..
I have just completed a change of circumstance form and realised I have put an incorrect answer on mobility, should I ring and correct it? Worried it will affect my claim. Thanks

What exactly did you put down that you think is wrong? Which mobility part is it?

Hi it was 11dCannot follow the route of an unfamiliar journey without another person, assistance dog or orientation aid. I was over thinking that they would think I was blind. After talking to my daughter I did give the right answer.

I sent a change of circumstance for in, will I still get an assessment either face to face or telephone?
also how long are the coc forms taking before you get a decision?

    Thanks you

Hey there @Sue2008 and welcome to the community.

I can see you're getting helped already, but I just wanted to say hi and please shout if you need anything else. :)

Most people have assessments, which are mostly by telephone. Some are face to face or video call. If you prefer telephone and you're given either of the others you can change it to a telephone appointment.

Timescales vary wildly and could be as long as several + months.
