Hi @Sarahjaneboyd1997 - & welcome to the community, Marie. Just to reassure, post very rarely goes missing. If you didn't keep a copy of your PIP form, just ask them to send another form out, & ask for an extension in order to complete it again (you should automatically get another 2 weeks). Once you've received another form, ring the PIP enquiry line again on 0800 121 4433, to ask if your form has turned up; it likely will have. If not, you've gained some time in which to do it again.

Hi @Sarahjaneboyd1997 welcome to the community. I hope you'll find it a good place to get some advice and support from people that understand, it sounds like you've been through some really difficult times. The stories in the news are really difficult to cope with at the moment, but we're here if you need to vent about things.
Do you have any support around for your mental health, or anyone that could help you talk through your frustrations?
Chiarieds has offered some good tips so far about your PIP form, I hope you're able to track it down.0
