Hello. I have received a txt from PIP thanking me for telling them about a change and that they are sending out a form to fill. I never told them about any change. This is very strange
should I be worried?

You need to ring them to ask them. It's quite concerning that you didn't report changes and they are now sending a form. Do you have an appointee that may have told them?

No I don’t have an appointee. I will call them ASAP.
