Hi has any claimed this Industrial injuries Disablement benefit.
I'm on esa and pip at the moment but I used to be a cleaner on permitted work but had to give it up due to health getting worse.
I have now got copd due to lungs not developing properly due to being born early and cleaning which I did for work. Just wondering how this works ,this benefit

The only thing i can tell you is that if you're awarded and any part of your ESA is Income Related then this will be reduced £1 for £1 by the IIDB. Other than that i'm afraid you will need to get some expert advice from an agency near you. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
