New to Scope - PIP application

I have  recently  spoken  to a very helpful lady at Scope  regarding  a PIP application,  she told me  that this is is a  very  helpful site to be on, as many of you are in the same  situation. So I  have joined your group.  Thanks in advance for any help which may be given.
