Have just received the decision that I am LCWRA and I'm slowly getting my head around the significant changes to my life. A mix of relief on one hand, and despair on the other tbh. I'm sure I am not alone with that thinking. One moment, I was a full-time hard worker getting up early five or six or even seven days a week and enjoying my active life, and now I am lucky to even see the morning I am so tired all the time. Anyway, I really don't mean to moan. I am very, very fortunate to have the support that I do and I sincerely appreciate it. I hope to get to know some folks here over time and hopefully become a useful and helpful member myself. With best wishes to everyone, LP x

Similar situation. Was comfortably running a business then health started going downhill. Just have to remember to love yourself and keep moving forward. If your home is where u will spend most of your time I’d just make that as comfy n homely as possible and even sneak in exercise here & there. It’s not over until it’s over1

Hey there @LonePoetess and @Damiancharles and welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear about your change in circumstances. It can really cause a period of almost mourning cant it? Please don't feel you're moaning though, you're allowed to voice your feelings, so please don't apologise.
If you wanted to chill and chat to people, I highly recommend our Coffee Lounge, there's a few other poets here too, so you'll be in good company.1
