Hannah. I am being referred for a lumbar decompression. Just hope it works. Been in pain for a couple of years now and it’s just getting worse

Hi gaz123, I also have just been diagnosed with spinal stenosis and have been referred to neurosurgeon and have a consultation next week, I just joined this forum last night and noticed this thread is from last year, did you have the decompression surgery? hope all went well with you, please let us know when you can, it would be beneficial for others (including myself) to know what to expect and/or if any other options were given to you other than the surgery.
