Adult disability appeal

I was looking for some information on anyone in the process of or have completed an appeal for adult disability I’m currently waiting on sss to send their reply to the first tier tribunal and they have untill 20th December I’m just looking to see what happens after this stage ?

The process for Tribunal stage is the same for all benefits. Once they respond you will receive the bundle. You will need to go through that to make sure everything is there. If you have any extra supporting evidence you should send that to HMCTS.If you haven't already included a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you then you should do that for your submission.Once all of that is done you need to wait for a hearing date, which could be several months, maybe longer. Have you chosen to either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing? Either of those will give you the best chance of a decision in your favour. Paper based hearings always have a much less success rate.0

I haven’t handed in a submission yet but I’m in the process I’m just waiting for the welfare rights officer to help me with it, I haven’t had any option of what kind of hearing I want but hopefully I will hear back soon, thanks0
