I've been referred to a psychologist in cmht.
A few years back, 2019 or 20, I saw a s2c psychologist over Skype. We had one session and on the second one she said I wasnt up to it and discharged me. What went wrong, and how do I stop it happening again?

Without more information I'm not sure we could answer what happened the first time.
When it comes to seeing a psychologist you have to be as open as possible. They've heard it all, they are there to help you and you are there to get help. They can't help you effectively if they don't know everything. As hard as it can be, just be as open with them as you can.
They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

I was receiving trauma therapy with my psychologist, but she left, and the one I got instead didn't carry on from where I was, so lots of open wounds! I have now been told I don't need to carry on with the abuse trauma therapy, how can they do this
