For the mobility part of PIP where exactly did you score the points? Was it descriptor 1E can't undertake any journey because of overwhelming psychological distress? If so, how often are you able to go out? and when did it become easier to do this?Sorry for the questions but can't give correct advice without more information.

hi yes it was 1e cant undertake any journey. I have been going on long walks around my area for around a month, every other day, even though I feel fear, I still love the feeling of walking and feel as though if continued I could get better, when I first went it was extremely scary but I just faced it, so it only recently became easier but the fear is decreasing and I would love to continue thank you1

Thanks. For PIP you need to have had the changes for at least 3 months and expect them to last at least a further 9 months. For this reason at the moment you have nothing to report. I do hope that your health conditions continue to improve!
