Was the 8th August the date you reported your health condition and provided a fit note?

If so your waiting period will be Sept to Dec.. LCWRA starts from 6th Dec to 5th Jan and first payment will be 12th Jan 2024. No LCWRA element is owed because it’s not paid at all during the waiting period.

If you or a partner were receiving earnings since you reported your health condition and you didn’t have the work allowance, you will be owed some money from that.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
