Hi all im new here.. need a little advice.. Uc have informed that iv been awarded LCWRA from the 8/8/23 iv had my award on my journal today and its not mention apparently it will be on my next award from the 5th Dec to the 6th Jan . do they owe me any back pay?

Was the 8th August the date you reported your health condition and provided a fit note?If so your waiting period will be Sept to Dec.. LCWRA starts from 6th Dec to 5th Jan and first payment will be 12th Jan 2024. No LCWRA element is owed because it’s not paid at all during the waiting period.
If you or a partner were receiving earnings since you reported your health condition and you didn’t have the work allowance, you will be owed some money from that.0 -
Thank you for your reply my first fit note started the 8.8.23 and was documented on my journal to UC....it makes sense now you have explained
