Hi, my name is mauhamilton! Anyone have experience with adding meds with the gabapentin?

Hi!
I have an amputation above the knee, right side. I’m dealing with phantom pain 
that is similar to the neuropathy pain I felt
before the amputation only much more 
intense. I’m taking gobs of gabapentin
which works, but I have to take so much
 that I worry about my kidneys. 

Anyone have experience with adding 
meds with the gabapentin? 🙏🏼

I'm sorry to hear about your phantom pain issues. I was only on gabapentin for a few months and didn't have any kidney issues, but I understand your concern.  I'm just going to rename your post and pop it in a different category, so more people in the know will be able to see it and hopefully offer some more support. I hope that's ok?
