I have had telephone review done for my pip I got a text today saying that the pip review is completed and I will here in 2 weeks is this normal as I heard people are being told by text is they have been given pip I'm very worried

For reviews that text is normal. Decisions of awards are only sent through text for new claims. Even though the text advises you not to ring them, you can ring them anytime to ask what the decision is and they will tell you.
