Less challenging role at employer?

Does anyone have experience/knowledge of requesting a different/less challenging role at work as a reasonable adjustment and could you tell me of any Pros/Cons you encountered.

Hello @katwater51. This isn't something I personally have experience with so I've marked your post as unanswered in the hope someone else will be able to share their experience with you.
Are there any adjustments to your current role you feel would make it more manageable for you?

Dear @Adrian_Scope my conditions are affecting my cognitive abilities. We have already tried some adjustments such as flexible working hours, working from home.
