Hi so I had my pip tribunal hearing set to attending for months now and I've just looked at my appeal and it's now set to not attending? I've not asked them to change it so I'm confused? Now there going to make a decision themselves I guess. Please help

Hi @jamieleehill92, it could be that they've made a decision but there could be another reason. If you're up to it, perhaps you could give them a ring when you next have a chance. They might be able to clear things up for you

PIP enquiry line
Telephone: 0800 121 4433
Textphone: 0800 121 4493
Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433
British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet
It's open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

@Rosie_Scope it could be possible but don't they send you a message or email if they have made a decision? Or put it on the appeal section as closed? I could give them a call tomorrow I guess0

They often do send a message with any changes, but it could be an admin issue. Perhaps giving them a ring would be a good idea if you can. Hopefully some of our members who've been through similar circumstances will be along soon to offer some more specific advice
