I was on PIP both components at standard level for 3 years on my review last October 2022 I was again awarded standard rate I did a mandatory reconsideration rate of living stayed at standard so completed the appeal process and have now been granted enhanced living. Does the back payment go all the way back to when I did the mandatory reconsideration or the date I put appeal in? Thank you.

If it was a review started by DWP then it should be from the date the decision was made. Not the MR decision. Therefore you will be owed the difference between standard and Enhanced rate.It will also be 2 different rates, before the April increase and after the increase.1
