My usual pay date is a Monday for my carer's allowance but with it been Christmas day was told it would be in Friday the 22nd but nothing I don't know what to do

    Yes it should have been yesterday. Unfortunately they are closed now until Wednesday so there’s nothing you can do right now. Ideally you should have rang them yesterday. 


    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
