I am currently getting Income related ESA and Housing Benefit.  I've heard that these will eventually stop and I will have to go onto Universal Credit, or is that just for new claims?  I am also claiming PIP.

Those that are claiming Income Related ESA will not be migrated to UC through managed migration until at least 2028, unless you're also claiming Tax Credits. Or you have a change of circumstances that will prompt a move in the mean time.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
