I have received my PIP report and basically the assessor implied I was lying. She said I couldn't have any memory problems as I passed my driving test 35 years ago, and I couldn't be depressed as I appeared fine on the phone! I have depression and ME/CFS How do I complain?

Details on how to complain will be in the website for the health assessment providers. Please also be aware that the assessment process isn’t there for them to write what you said verbatim. It’s for them to gather more evidence to support your claim. What they write will be their opinion based on everything you said in the form, any extra evidence you sent and what you said during the assessment.Have you added up any possible recommended points in the report?0
