Hi guys did a appeal against the decision which they denied my assessment which is crazy I'm so furious at how they make you feel on the phone your so anxious and vulnerable telling them everything about yourself then you have to explain again to someone else why you think there decision is wrong can anyone tell me why they asked for my bank details today and not in the beginning I think the DWP should be more observersnt to what people say and how this process makes you feel that's enough ranting from me

HI @Rottweiler78 as advised in your previous post, it's often better to put things in writing when making appeals.
But I understand the extra anxiety from speaking to another person and having to repeat yourself. They certainly don't make things easy.

You should still put the request in writing, which you really should do anyway. The reason we advise you to put it in writing is because you have proof that you've actually requested it and you can put it in your own words. Relying on the advisor from the call centre to type what you've said to them isn't the the best thing to do because they could have typed anything.

I can't tell you what you should write exactly because i don't know anything about your health conditions or how they affect you. Please see the advice i gave you in your other thread earlier today. Albus provided the link for you above.
