Hi I social worker set set come around see my partner next week since both live together since she getting care at moment and I’m getting care soon I want ask reason social worker is coming around to move on long team care and I worried put her in a home since she getting care our flat I want her get long term care but I don’t want put her in a home I’m getting worried.
