Esa Face to face assessment

Hi
i’m really trying to understand why 6 years ago i went for a face to face assessment for ESA. When i got to the place i waited two hours to be seen. When i was next to be seen i was advised that their systems had crashed and that i could not be seen to and they paid my cab fare home. After this i haven’t been sent for another one and i have just been getting standard allowance on Universal Credit. I have sent sick notes saying i’m unable to work all the time and was not informed that i was entitled to anything so i thought i was getting sick pay on Universal Credit and that was all i was entitled to. I have been awarded PIP and i’m on enchanted daily living component but i’m still waiting to hear why my UC work coach didn’t advise me that i weren’t entitled to re-apply. Now i have new work coach she asked me to fill a form in so i did and this is the first form i’ve been sent since attending face to face appointment 6 years back. Will they have a record of me attending still?

Hi Kelly, sorry but it doesn't sound like you had the assessment even though you turned up for it. The same thing happened to me once and I had to book another appointment when I got home.
Did you perhaps keep a copy of the form you filled in 6 years ago?
