Hi, all;
I was just wondering when my next PIP payment will go in my account. I though the dates had changed for christmas, i was last paid on the 22nd of December. I usually get paid on a Monday, so i was worried after checking my account today and seeing no money.
I am temporarily living in a nursing home, but i was still getting the mobility component.
I am unable to ring DWP, as i won't see my auntie and uncle until next week.
Just wondering what has happened.
Thank you

Hey @Ironside1990, it is unfortunate that calling them is really the only way to contact them. Is there any chance one of the nurses or staff at the nursing home could make the call with you in the room at all? Is that a possibility or no?
Do you remember how long your award was for when you first got PIP?
Hope we can help you figure out what's happened.0 -
My reward is ongoing. I specifically need my auntie and uncle to be there, as they are both my appointees.
It's paid in every four weeks. So surely it would be in now.0 -
I'll wait until the last Monday of the month. I've gone through my statement. I think the DWP took Christmas off, so they'll be paying claimants now.0

If your payment was due on the 25th of December ( paid early on the 22nd) it will be due next Monday 22nd., which is 4 weeks from the 25th of December.2
