Im so sorry you’re struggling like this I really hope you reach out for help.
As suggested you should give the Samaritans a phone.
But if you don’t feel you can phone and speak to them phone 999 to keep yourself safe.
Please look after yourself there is usually someone here you can chat with. ❤️1 -

Why not !We can all feel like this sometimes,
every morning when you wake and you will , think of it as a blessing, as it gives you the opportunity to choose how your going to face the day, if that day doesn’t go well, there is always the next day to get back to moving forward , because that’s what it is all about , moving forward,
