Hi me and my carer are in a 3 bed semi and it mot suitable for my needs, I've got my name on the housing list and got 24 points. But just found out that in April my rent is going upto 950.00 which I can't afford so I'm going to be homeless, how do I go about it with being disabled.

If you're claiming help with the rent through benefits the LHA rates are increasing from April. You can find out what it will likely be for your area in this list here. You can also apply for a Discretionary Housing Payment (assuming you're claiming help with your rent through either housing benefit or UC) from your Local Authority to help with any shortfall of rent. It's not guarantee and if awarded it's only paid for a short period of time. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/claiming-discretionary-housing-payments/claiming-discretionary-housing-payments
