PIP law change 2016

Hi. Looking for some help please 🙂. I’ve been sent a letter asking me if I want to request they look at my claim again from when I was turned down (November 16). However, it is referring to mixing with other people and social support, which I think I would score 2 points max on, I got zero on everything else so this wouldn’t lead to a backdated award.
I was subsequently awarded PIP in 2021 (I did actually get zero again on social support here) but, I received 12 points for planning following journey (mobility) stating I would be unable to leave the home unaccompanied.
The letter I received suggests that from 2016 they are only looking at the daily living part of the claim, however it was my understanding that the mobility component law changed also. It says that I need to call if I want my claim looking at again and I’m really confused as to what to do. Any help would be great. Thank you

This will only concern the descriptor "Engaging with others face face."For following and planning a journal descriptors then this would be a different review. They should contact you separately about that.1

As always Poppy thank you so much for your advice. I won’t respond to this letter and will hopefully get the planning and following journeys letter very soon 🙂1
