So I scored 0 on everything for my pip mandatory review after 3 years thankfully I’m getting help to appeal it, what I’m confused about is that when I call up there pip number the automated response is telling me I’m to still receive a payment it’s a lot less than my regular pip but I’m confused on why I’m still getting another pip payment when I received 0 on all of my pip scores? Does anyone know I what that’s about?

The automated payment line is well known for giving incorrect information. If there's no award in place then you won't receive any payments.

Thank you for the information I appreciate it0

I noticed from another thread that your refusal has just been made. That payment which is less could be part payment for money that's owed up until the decision was made.
