Yes many people are still waiting a year after returning their forms. There's very long delays with review decisions. Your current award will continue until a decision is made.

Can I ask from your own experience, does this mean assessment or could I still possibility have a paper based review even though I have waited so long as this is what I have asked for? I wish a case manager would simply put the process of the time they receive a review to what happens with it.0

You should expect another assessment because most people have them. Paper based assessments are rare but still possible, even after waiting all this time.

Can I ask have you gone through the process? Or are you a case manager for the Dwp?0

I'm definitely not a case manager for DWP!! why on earth would you think that? There's no one working for DWP here, as far as i'm aware.I've been through this process many times myself and i'm actually going through it right now!0

Aw so sorry for asking that, I just thought you may of been as you seemed to be reassuring with your answers. I’m an over thinker please excuse me.0

Heya @justme2024 and welcome to the community. I hope you're doing ok today?
No problem about overthinking, we are all prone to that at times, especially when the DWP like to confuse us with their assessments.
I can see Poppy's already given you the answered you were needing, but if you need anything else, just shout and we'll do our best to help.
Or if you wanted to take your mind off things, have a chat, or play some games, I recommend our Coffee Lounge and Games room.0
