Noticed when I logged in today it says

A hearing has been booked for your appeal.

🎉🎉🎉🎉 but no date yet … I applied 13/2, MR, then appeal to tribunal lodged in June.  I’m in wales in case that helps anyone

Anxiety kicking in at the thought of the tribunal now

Glad it's finally been booked @Rainbow116! And thanks for sharing your timeline, I know lots of members find it useful to see these.

Take it easy, and I know it's hard, but try not to worry about it too much! We're all here if you need any help or support. Hope your date comes through soon :)

Thanks @Rosie_Scope it’s showing now on 13th February exactly a year to the day I applied

unfortunately, I wanted a video hearing and I’m down for an in person one 🥲 if I ask to change it it’ll be delayed again I’m guessing and are in person ones more successful than video or same ? Sorry so many questions x

It maybe delayed if you do ask for a telephone hearing but it may not be. There's no difference in the success rates for either telephone, in person or video call, they all have a 68% success rate.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

See how you feel @Rainbow116, as Poppy says, the outcomes are similar :)

So it'll come down to whether you feel you'd cope better with a video or telephone call and whether you don't mind another potential wait. Hopefully it won't be too long, if that's what you decide to do. Keep us updated!
