Tribunal date incoming

Noticed when I logged in today it says
A hearing has been booked for your appeal.
🎉🎉🎉🎉 but no date yet … I applied 13/2, MR, then appeal to tribunal lodged in June. I’m in wales in case that helps anyone
Anxiety kicking in at the thought of the tribunal now

Thanks @Rosie_Scope it’s showing now on 13th February exactly a year to the day I applied
unfortunately, I wanted a video hearing and I’m down for an in person one 🥲 if I ask to change it it’ll be delayed again I’m guessing and are in person ones more successful than video or same ? Sorry so many questions x0 -

It maybe delayed if you do ask for a telephone hearing but it may not be. There's no difference in the success rates for either telephone, in person or video call, they all have a 68% success rate.

See how you feel @Rainbow116, as Poppy says, the outcomes are similar
So it'll come down to whether you feel you'd cope better with a video or telephone call and whether you don't mind another potential wait. Hopefully it won't be too long, if that's what you decide to do. Keep us updated!
