LCWRA Review - How to proceed?

Hey all, just received my LCWRA review papers and feel extremely stressed about it. I am getting PIP and LCWRA currently for depression and anxiety.
I was awarded LCWRA last year january, since then my conditions have stayed the same.
I remember reading about just writing ''no changes'' if nothing has changed, is this true? I don't mind writing about my conditions again but I do feel uneasy about having to proof my disabilities again by contacting my GPs to get my medical record etc (I feel very stressed talking to people I don't know). Would not including any supporting documents even if I sent it to them last year and my conditions havn't changed affect my review?

I would recommend treating it as a new claim, in  so much as writing in detail on the form and getting any medical evidence to send as well.
Reviews are a part of the claim process I'm afraid, we all go through them as well you aren't alone.

Reviews are weird I haven't had a review since march 2020 but you got one after just one year
    Timeframes are different for everyone.

Hiya @AlexK and welcome to the community. :)

I can see everyone's already leapt in with advice, but I just wanted to pop in and say hi. If you need a hand with anything, please just shout.  :)
