Anyone know how I get a support worker and also get assessed for equipment in my home from council?

My mobility is getting worse and need to be assessed by  health care in the council. Will they give me a support worker and aids etc like a walk in shower at all? Thanks

An Occupational Therapist will come to your home to assess your needs. From there it will be determined what help they can offer.

Yes you can have a needs assessment for any health conditions.
