Sick notes

Hi I have been awarded lwcra and disability allowance to my illness I have been off work for the last six months my last sick note ran out end of January do I still need to put sick notes into work

You will need to continue to send fit notes to your employer. Being found to have LCWRA is nothing to do with your employer.
