Good morning all
I am awaiting my assessment report to consider making a MR as I was awarded EM PIP but nothing for daily living which I disagree with.
My question is - If i dispute the decision about the daily living component do I risk losing the enhanced mobility award seeing as another assessor will review the whole application?
Thank you

It won't be another assessor that looks at it, it will be another decision maker. The most likely outcome of any MR decision is it will remain the same. Only about 23% of decisions change in the claimants favour. However, it has been known for people to lose points at the stage but it's rare.
More chance at Tribunal stage, if you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing.1
