Hi all  i have done a MR letter and recieved that they will look into my MR on the 13th feb 2024 just after 2pm recieved 2 phone calls 15 minutes apart  i ger a random call 0800 last 061 ending  i was in a panic mode and and short of breath the assesor asked few questions
Such as  looking into my MR specificly on ( activity 12 planing  a journey ) on mobility part explaining my difficulties.and not intending to drive unless noone can drive me due to the pains and my severe depression
Then she qsked abour naming my bank
And asked me about my condition
Then she also asked how do i get to the doctors  which explained i get droped off by brother in law and my partner comes with me for my asdurance and help that i need
 Second call
Asked me.abiur my gp adderess  which i clearly havent changed and they have the old gp details

Lastly she told me.decission will be made in 10 days

Has anyone else had similsr issue and ehat was the outcome .am worried and in shock lack of sleep as not sure if i covered all details as some i details i forgot to mention  due to the panic i forget things

Would really appreciate  if anyone experienced would be great to share

Has to be said that everyones outcome under same conditions might be different, all you can do now is sit back (I know easy to say) and wait for the decision.
    Good luck

Sometimes a decision maker will ring before making a decision. It doesn't mean anything other than they had some questions to ask.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Hello @christianuk

    Welcome to the community! :)

It could be that a decision has been made, but the details of that haven't been uploaded to the system. That can take a day or two to clear sometimes. Please try not to worry. Hopefully the letter comes through soon!

Update spoken to pip regarding the decision
I havent reciwved a text message the way they said to wsit fbefore they can assist otherwise they wouldnt tell you aparently they are not allowes to tell you the decission

Spoke to case manager he told me the decision over the phone  i was very angry ro hear what thr  assesment lady wrote everything  was a lie ans oposite to my reasons
So im awaiting for the letter and msking an appeal for tribunal

Another hint to let you know if your drcission was made ans you not sure what it is call the pip number and automated machine will let you know the figures  if its new or the same you been getting amount

Before they respond they will review all of the information you sent them. Sometimes (though rarely) they may make an offer at this stage. Do be aware though, they don't always respond by the date given. If this happens HMCTS will extend that date but they will eventually respond. My advice is not to expect an offer and then you won't be too disappointed if the hearing does continue.
