Hi, nice to meet you. I am having problems actually. I have hearing loss and i'm struggling to get a job. It's amazing how when you actually go for an interview they promise you loads of help with disabilities and then when you go to them after you start and say you're having problems = you're suddenly imagining it.0

Hi @eileenbligh - & welcome to this community from me also. I'm so sorry that this happens; it seems so wrong that you disclose a disability with an interview, then later you're not listened to regarding this.Scope does have some employment advice on their main website that may help. Please see: https://www.scope.org.uk/employment-services/ Please also check out the links at the bottom of the page which includes further info. Hoping some of this helps.

Hello @eileenbligh
Welcome to the community! I see Chiarieds has shared Scope's Employment Services. They can help from CV writing and interview skills, to supporting you when in your first few weeks at a job.
I'm so sorry to hear that your past jobs have not been supportive. I would also encourage you to look at union options when in a job. To have more support1
