Hi there I am bit confused, I had my pip review done but without any appointments or phone calls. But I received. Text the other day saying my pip has been completed. So I rang the automated line and it says I'm getting the £590 which is more then before?  But don't make any sense of which rate has gone up. Any help?

Sounds like you had a paper based assessment, which is rare but possible. The automated payment line is well known for giving incorrect information so please don't rely on that.

If you want to know what the decision is the best thing to do is either ring PIP to ask, yes I know the text advises you not to ring but it doesn't mean you can't. Or wait for the decision letter.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

No, it doesn't mean you've been refused. It means they had enough of information to make a decision without needing an assessment.
