-
@cupcake88 , so sorry to hear how things are for you at the moment. I really hope you get that much needed help . Sending GIGANTIC BIG HUGS your way . Get well soon 😊.0

Thanks every one for your well wishes . I just got to the point again where every thing became too much . My husband is exhausted he can’t take care of me any more his mental health has started to become affected too which makes me feel really bad .Mental health hospitals aren’t like general hospitals not sure if any one’s ever been in a mental health hospital before . The rooms are cold and depressing and the staff are up and down some times you get good staff or you get really horrible staff0
-
@cupcake88 I'm sorry you are finding it difficult. I do hope that they give you the help and support so you can leave. I'm sorry it is also affecting your husband's mental health too. But please don't feel guilty0

I spoke to my community nurse today and she’s going to arrange carers for me to come in and check on me when my husbands at work and also gives my husband a break x2
-
That’s really good news.0

Hi @cupcake88 - it's about time both you & your husband got more support at home. This sounds like a really good idea & I hope with this in place it will help you both. I also hope you're doing a little better now. Gentle hugs on their way, x

Hi every one thanks for your kind words of support . I have a bad back and they won’t give me any pain medicine I’m in agony . It’s so depressing being here I’m glad I have my friends on here to cheer me up0
-
I'm sorry to hear you're not getting any pain relief @cupcake88, but I hope we can all keep your mind off it with some chat if you need it. I hope you're doing ok today.0

Sorry that you're suffering with a bad back @cupcake88 - that's rotten luck. I hope one of the staff or a Dr will listen to you, & you can get some relief. Does this hospital have any activities you can join in with? I remember one hospital had different things to do which helped break up your day. Will your husband be able to visit at the weekend? That would be something to look forward to. Thinking about you my friend, x

Hi no this hospital has no activities which is a shame as there’s nothing to do I just stay in my room out of the way and I speak to staff if needed. They haven’t even changed my medication yet which it could with changing because it clearly doesn’t work .I’m distressed and in mental crisis every day I can’t explain it but I get this panick feeling every day that just comes out of no where .My husband can’t come see me over the weekend so I won’t have any visitors x0
-
Sorry things are not as helpful in this hospital, & that your husband is unable to visit. I hope your medication is looked into soon to see what might better help. It must be very difficult for you in the meanwhile, & a bad back doesn't help. I hope the pain from this eases off soon. Keep in touch with us all here if you can. Hugs, x

@cupcake88
Im so sorry I just saw your post. I’m sorry you have been unwell again, but you’re in the right place, I think carers would be a massive help to you and your husband. Your husband will be able to relax a bit knowing you are not on your own while he’s at work.
And it’ll be great for you to have someone else to talk to and get some support.
Remember we are all here for you.
I care a lot about you Cupcake you take care of yourself. 😘❤️1 -
Good news about the carers, but sorry to hear you're in pain @cupcake88. How are things today?
We're all here if you need to chat or take your mind off things0 -
Hi dropping in to let you know you're in my thoughts and that I'm wishing you well.
Take care lovely. X0 -
Thanks every one for such kind words I really appreciate it and knowing I have all my friends on the forum behind me makes me smile . I’m now out of hospital and back under the care of my community team . I met with the consultant today and he’s changed my meds I’m still on a lot of medication so I hope it helps this time they want to get me started on some therapy again . Unfortunately I haven’t been prescribed any thing for my panic attacks been told that therapy will help with that .0
