Moving away. Will this trigger a reassessment?

Hello everyone.
So my pip is awarded to January 2026.
I have to move house or face being homeless. My partner will be moving in with me. I'll also need to change my doctors. Would changing my address trigger a reassessment before my pip is set to end at Jan 2026? Also has anyone ever phoned up to change address? I would like to hear from you as I'm very nervous about needing to do it and talking to them. Thanks 😄

None of those will trigger a review. It will just be a simple change of address. I've moved many times in the 10 years that I've claimed PIP, with my most recent house move being mid January 2024 and no review took place on either house move.0
