Hi all I recently was awarded PIP got my text Monday morning, how long did it take for you all to get your letter after the text ?
Also does the claim go from the date you claimed or the date they received the form as I can't work out from my payment what rate they have given me

It can take up to a couple of weeks to receive the letter. It is paid from the date you rang to start your claim providing you weren’t transferring from DLA and/or you had the difficulties for at least 3 months before you applied. It takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank from the date payment was sent.
You can ring PIP to ask what the award is and when to expect anything that’s owed and they will tell you.0 -
