hi, i currently receive a single person discount on my council tax. I have PIP, both on the higher rate. I am wondering if there is another discount for disabled people in their home that i can claim or not? I have aids in the house like rails and a seat in the shower, i use a 4 wheeled walker as my fibromyalgia causes terrible pain and i have blackouts. Sleep downstairs as I can't use stairs. Its all confusing.
