Just had my first lwcra payment on the 10th after completing assessment period. I just wondered if I'm eligible to backpay I've been awarded lwcra from Oct last year I find it a bit confusing thankyou for any replies

It’s not paid at all during the waiting period, which is 3 full assessment periods starting from when you provided your first fit note.
What date exactly did you provide your first fit note?

It started the end of October for my latest assessment under a new condition0

It says my assessment period is from 27th Oct so my full 3 months started on the 4 Nov to 3rd Dec then 4th Dec to 3rd Jan then 4 Jan to 3rd Feb and i received my 1st payment on the 10th of this month I just wondered if I have any backpay due thankyou for replying I appreciate it0

If this was the first assessment then I will need to know the exact date you provided your first fit note. You can check back on your journal to see what the date was.0 -
