i have not received my 24 new rates for pip letter is this ok

Perfectly normal, I haven’t had mine yet. I received my daughters yesterday. You can see the new rates here.

Hello erm rate start on April 8th so March payment coming in April that mean old rates then new rate will be paid In May is that right??

It depends when your payment is due. If it's later in April then you will receive part old rate and part new rate.
