I receive ESA based contribution support group and I don't need to back to assessment again because my illnes is a long term illness ( leukaemia) plus I got lumbar and dorsal arthritis, arthrophia in a disc and scoliosis. Also I take meditation for anxiety, depression and panic attacks. I am moving from Tax credit to Universal Credit. Do I have to go for assesment again?. Recently I had a review assessment for my PIP where I have estándar on daily living and Enhance for mobility. I have been two days ago to Jobcentre to verified my identity first and this Wednesday I have to go for an interview. On Monday they said that I have to go for a health assessment, so I said that I am in support group due to a cancer. The man did not answer me. So, I am worry now to have to face another assessment which makes me overwhelming, also I get very anxiety , nervous as always. Do I have to take another health assessment???

Hi @Pat2024, I know Poppy has already answered but just to confirm your support group status on ESA should transition over to UC so you shouldn't need a reassessment unless it is a review. Have you put a note on your journal reminding them you have ESA support group?
