Hi good morning everyone I applied for pip on the 30th Jan I had my assessment on the 26th March I rang yesterday the 3rd April to ask for a copy of my assessment report and was told that I would need to have a call back from a case manager that was scheduled for 1.30-2pm yesterday I never received a call but am confused why I need to speak to a case manager to get my report? Thank you

You don't need to speak to a case manager to receive a copy of your report. It maybe related to something completely different. Unfortunately, I can't tell you why they need to speak to you. They open again in a few minutes so I'd advise you to ring them back and ask them.0

Heya @girlmummy17 welcome to the community.

I can see Poppy has already answered your question, but I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hello.

I just called them they are sending the report out now they also told me that the decision timescales at the minute is around 2 weeks so I should have a decision very soon hopefully not but thought it might be useful information to anyone else that’s recently had an assessment for a new claim also hello @Albus_Scope0
