Pip Award letter for blue badge

Hi can anyone help me I'm trying to get a award letter of entitlement for my pip so I can renew my Blue Badge been trying the number all afternoon but keep getting cut off does anyone know the email address please

Hi @Kazzab50, unfortunately there is no way to contact a part of PIP via email. The DWP does list how to get certain benefits letters here: Request your personal information from the Department for Work and Pensions, but only a few are available online and PIP is not one of them

Hi @Kazzab50 - it's best to ring first thing in the morning when the lines open at 9 am to ask for a copy of your PIP award letter.
